Drop-in Visits
Home visits are perfect for pet owners who need to walk, feed and/or play with their pet while they are at work or away from home during the day or evening.
Visits are offered in 30 and 60 minute periods and can be combined and adapted as you wish to keep your pets in their usual routine.
We also cater to the needs of pets such as cats, fish, birds, etc. We tailor the services at each visit to your pet's needs for that particular time of day.
Las visitas a domicilio son perfectas para los dueños de mascotas que necesitan pasear a su mascota, alimentarla y/o jugar con ella mientras están en el trabajo o fuera de casa durante el día o la noche.
Las visitas se ofrecen en periodos de 30 y 60 minutos y pueden combinarse y adaptarse como desees para mantener a tus mascotas en su rutina habitual.
También atendemos necesidades de mascotas como gatos, peces, pájaros, etc. Personalizamos los servicios en cada visita a las necesidades de tu mascota para ese momento particular del día.
Holidays or Long Stay
If you are going to be away for a few days and your pet is unable to accompany you, if you have a longer than normal business trip or if you simply want to take a break from your obligations and leave your pet in total peace and confidence, this option is for you.
This service includes all additional pet care and housekeeping services (watering the plants, daily collection of mail and parcels, lighting the house at night or simply checking the alarm system) with or without the overnight stay.
Si vas a estar fuera unos días y tu mascota no puede acompañarte, si tienes un viaje de trabajo más largo de lo normal o si simplemente te apetece descansar de las obligaciones y dejar a tu mascota en total tranquilidad y confianza, esta opción es para ti.
Este servicio incluye todos los servicios adicionales de cuidado de mascotas y de la casa (regar las plantas, recogida diaria de correo y paquetes, iluminar la casa por la noche o simplemente comprobar el sistema de alarma) con o sin la estancia durante la noche.
Emotional therapy & Post-trauma assistance
Animals, in the same way as people, suffer post-traumatic stress produced as a consequence of experiencing a trauma. The fact of experiencing this situation at a specific moment or, even worse, sustained over time, triggers a series of responses that will condition their emotions and behaviour.
If your pet has just been through a traumatic event, is recovering from an surgery or needs constant care and medication, we can help you to ensure that they are accompanied and supervised at all times to ensure a full recovery.
In this case, we recommend that the care is carried out in the pet's own home where it is in a familiar environment and in total peace and quiet.
Los animales, de la misma forma que las personas, sufren estrés postraumático producido como consecuencia de la experimentación de un trauma. El hecho de experimentar esta situación puntual o, lo que es peor, mantenida en el tiempo, desencadena una serie de respuestas que condicionarán sus emociones y comportamientos.
Si tu mascota acaba de pasar por un episodio traumático, se está recuperando una operación o necesita atención constante y toma de medicación, podemos ayudarte a que esté acompañado y supervisado en todo momento para asegurarnos una total recuperación.
En este caso, recomendamos que el cuidado se realice en el propio hogar de la mascota donde se encuentre en un entorno conocido y en total tranquilidad y calma.
